I began my career as an IT Support Technician at THP during my second co-op at Cincinnati State in December 2015. I enrolled in late 2011, intending to get certified for computer repair, but I was inspired by instructors to pursue an associate degree in computer support and software administration. My interest in information technology grew out of an interest in computer repair itself, from fixing personal desktops to the optical drive in my Xbox. My passion for computer and software support comes from the end user’s perspective, and I am dedicated to resolving issues using clear communication, patience, friendliness, and efficiency. My work approach is central to respect for co-workers and customers alike, teamwork, and friendly customer service.

Personal successes include making Dean’s List at Cincinnati State and providing consistent network deployment installation of Autodesk software deployments—including AutoCAD and Revit—using the programs PDQ Inventory and PDQ Deploy. Notable IT accomplishments include helping employees transition to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, maintaining software updates, and assisting with local network security.

My personal hobbies include playing video games, finding new restaurants with friends, and online sneaker shopping. I am currently working towards training for multiple Microsoft and other security-related software certifications.
