LEED Green Associate

I have always been drawn to the visual side of life. Before studying engineering, I was on the path to becoming an art teacher. However, I also had an interest in math and physics. During my first year in college, I took a climate change and engineering calculus class, where I found a new inspiration, leading me to pursue civil engineering. I wanted to hone my skills to help people on a larger scale. I graduated from Case Western Reserve University in the spring of 2021 with a bachelor’s in civil engineering and continued for another year to receive a master’s in civil engineering.

I started with THP in September 2022, after taking the summer to complete the LEED Green Associate exam and the Fundamentals of Engineering exam. After meeting with THP, I appreciated the love of learning and the willingness to problem solve no matter how unique the project. I also appreciated that this company would be invested in my growth as an engineer and a professional. My goals are to absorb as much knowledge and diverse experience as I can, to always design with sustainability in mind, and to work with integrity and congeniality.

I currently live in Cleveland and have lived in the area since the age of eight. Before that time, I grew up in Israel. Outside of engineering, I enjoy dancing (Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, and Brazilian Zouk), making art, playing frisbee, hiking, lifting, and spending time with my family—including my two adorable dogs—and friends.
