Co-Op Program

At THP, you’re more than “just a co-op.” We give co-ops project work, develop them, and often hire them as full-time employees. Our co-ops get hands-on experience. You will work with our project managers to take what you have learned in the classroom to the construction site. You will learn how structures are built and see how your drawings come to life. This hands-on experience allows our co-ops to become better engineers and architects.
