Restoration and Waterproofing|Plazas
THP’s expertise has solved waterproofing issues on a number of large, major structured plazas. While our professional staff focuses on waterproofing and drainage efforts, they also know the importance of various plaza surfacing systems. These systems must be removed and replaced to access buried membranes and also affect new membrane and expansion joint detailing. These systems entail- concrete, masonry, stone pavers, planter areas, stamped cast-in-place concrete, turf, and landscaping.
Notable projects include:
- Eutaw Street
- Plazas at Camden Yards in Baltimore
- West Virginia Cultural Center in Charleston and The Banks in Cincinnati, Ohio.
